We build the unglamorous half.
Beztly AI is an infrastructure company. We are interested in what happens to a model after the demo works — when a second team depends on it, a regulator asks about it, and somebody is on call for it.
Why this, and why now
Open-weight models made capable inference something any team can run. What they did not change is that running something in production is an organisational commitment, not a technical one.
We started Beztly because we kept meeting the same person: a platform engineer holding a promising pilot that could not be handed to anyone else. Not because the model was weak, but because there was no way to give a team access without giving them everything.
Kuvai came from the other direction — fintech and healthcare teams with the data science talent to build good models and no safe way to move one from a notebook to a production decision without a compliance review that took months. Different domain, same shape of problem: the model is fine, the operations around it are not.
- Boring where it countsPredictable behaviour under failure is worth more than a clever abstraction.
- Your accounts, your dataWe orchestrate infrastructure you own. Becoming a place your data must live is not our business model.
- Evidence over assuranceIf we claim something is isolated, versioned or reversible, there is a record you can inspect.
